  Item Description
  Hazardous materials abatement and demolition of the 72,000 seat capacity steel, concrete sports stadium.
Asbestos abatement included over 6,000 square foot of VAT, 4,000 square feet of sprayed on acoustical plaster and 10,000 square foot of cementitious decking materials.
Architectural salvage of historic artifacts for The City of Miami intended for reuse in the future Miami Marlins baseball stadium.
Systematic removal and staging of asset recovery items for The City of Miami.
Systematic removal, transportation and replanting of athletic playing field for reuse by The City of Miami.
Demolition of 130 foot tall luxury suite and press box facility.
DEMCO operations will produce over 20,000 cubic yards of concrete, 6,000 tons of carbon steel, 250,000 pounds on non-ferrous metals and over 250,000 pounds of plastic, all which will be recycled.
